NC energy storage study final report released to the public

Dr. Johnson is one of the main contributors to a comprehensive study on the value of energy storage to North Carolina customers. The study began in late 2017 as required by NC House Bill 589 and was completed in one year. Co-authors include other members of the Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering as well as the Electrical and Computer Engineering, Agriculture & Resource Economics, and Public Administration departments at NC State, North Carolina Central University, the FREEDM Center at NC State, and the NC Clean Energy Technology Center.
